Οι πωλήσεις νέων αυτοκινήτων στην Ελλάδα κυμάνθηκαν σε ένα καθησυχαστικό 33% από έτος σε έτος σε 5.055 εγγραφές, ανεβάζοντας το συνολικό από έτος σε ημερομηνία σε 53,844 μονάδες, αύξηση κατά 22% σε σχέση με το 2013. Η Toyota παραμένει ο πιο δημοφιλής κατασκευαστής της χώρας με 11,1 % μερίδιο αγοράς μπροστα από την Opel (10,2%), Volkswagen (9,2%) και την Nissan (6,4%), φέρνοντας τις 3 τελευταίες μάρκες εξαιρετικά κοντά σε πωλήσεις από έτος σε ημερομηνία (4.932 πωλήσεις – 4.916 και 4.937 αντίστοιχα).
Στην κατάταξη των μοντέλων: το Opel Corsa παίρνει το προβάδισμα και το Σεπτέμβριο (358 πωλήσεις και 7,1% μερίδιο) και από έτος σε ημερομηνία (3.051 και 5,7%), ξεπερνώντας το Toyota Yaris, που έπεσε στην 3η θέση αυτό το μήνα. Το Nissan Qashqai λάμπει, επίσης, στην 2η θέση με 201 μονάδες και 4% μερίδιο, όπως κάνει και το Renault Clio στην 6η θέση, το VW Golf στην 7η, Toyota Corolla στην 12η, Mini στην 15η και το Seat Ibiza στην 18η.
